Olde Town Pickin' Parlor Ships Throughout The United States.  We Carefully Pack Instruments For Shipment And We Insure Them For Their Full Value.  On A Case By Case Basis Sometimes Shipping Can Be Arranged Internationally.  

Upon Receiving The Guitar, The Buyer Has 72 Hours To Assess The Instrument.  In The Event That The Buyer Decides To Return The Instrument, The Buyer Must Return The Instrument To Us In The Same Condition That It Was Received.  The Instrument Must Be Clean From Any Playing Marks, With No Sign Of Wear/Damage, Regardless Of How Minor.

Return Shipping (And Insurance) Must Be Prepaid At The Buyer's Expense.  In The Event Of Damage During Return Shipping We Can Not Refund Your Payment, And You Will Need To File A Claim With Your Shipper.  

Upon Receiving And Assessing The Instrument, Olde Town Pickin' Parlor Will Issue A Refund For The Value Of The Instrument Minus Shipping Costs And Any Fees Incurred During Processing Of The Initial Payment.
