Slightly differentiated from the normal Authentic series, the Custom Shop Authentic series has Indian rosewood back and sides, and, up until 2022 was the only series to feature a truss rod. This particular 28 is the closest we’ve played to the real thing in a long, long time, with a super dry, open sound, that blows away banjos, mandolins, and the like.
Super clean, one section of weird finish on the back.
