The white finish A-3 was only available from 1918-1922, which narrows this hard-to-pin-down mandolin to at least the late Teens, as the early 20’s tend to have slightly different features.

Seems to have a rosewood fingerboard, which might indicate a replacement fretboard, as these almost always came with Ebony boards.
