Wes Wienman, known for building the mandolins that Jarrod Walker, mandolinist for Billy Strings, uses on tour, made the T-24 as tribute to an early 1924 Loar signed F5. Not a straight up copy per say, as it has modern features such as a radius fretboard, abbreviated florida extension, and slightly bigger V neck profile, but has a vintage quality to it that’s hard to pin down but very easy to feel.

The varnish finish is super clean, except for one mark on the top.
